Job Searching

Recent graduates enjoy a reduced membership rate for five years after graduation. Alumni access to CareerLink, in addition to other resources in the Arkansas Alumni Career Network, is a benefit of membership in the Arkansas Alumni Association. Alumni can join the Association online or by phone at 1-888-275-2586. Alumni who are already members and need assistance accessing or using the system are welcome to email or call the Association at 1-888-275-2586.

Visit Walton Career Services' job searching page to see a list of suggested Internet resources, as well as employment statistics to help you with your job search. A great way to learn about what employers are seeking in new hires and gain a true sense of what the job market is like is for you to read through job postings.

The Business Career Fair is a one-day event that takes place each spring and fall semester. At the Business Career Fair numerous employers provide information about job and internship opportunities with their companies, while visiting with interested and curious job seekers. All students, classes, majors and alums can attend the Business Career Fair. Visit the career fair page for more details on upcoming fairs and tips on how to prepare!

With Other Alumni: Alumni chapters are formal groups charted in geographical regions with more than 250 alumni residing in a 50-mile radius. Regional Razorbacks are established in smaller geographical regions where alumni would like to connect with each other. All alumni are encouraged to get involved with their local Alumni chapter or Regional Razorbacks. Visit the Alumni Association for chapter information.
