Alumni access to Handshake, the U of A's online job posting system, is a benefit of membership in the Arkansas Alumni Association. (Alumni who are not paying members will need to join or renew their Alumni Association Membership for access to Handshake. Alumni can join the Association online or by phone at 1-888-275-2586.) Alumni Association Members can request access to Handshake online. (Make sure to select "Student/Alumni" and request to join the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. If you no longer have a UARK email and password, you can sign up using a personal email address.) Career Services will verify that you are a paying Alumni Association Member when your request is received. If you experience any issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. BUSINESS CAREER FAIRS
The Business Career Fair is a one-day event that takes place each spring and fall semester. At the Business Career Fair numerous employers provide information about job and internship opportunities with their companies, while visiting with interested and curious job seekers. With Other Alumni: Alumni chapters are formal groups charted in geographical regions with more than 250 alumni residing in a 50-mile radius. Regional Razorbacks are established in smaller geographical regions where alumni would like to connect with each other. All alumni are encouraged to get involved with their local Alumni chapter or Regional Razorbacks. Visit the Alumni Association for chapter information.
With Current Walton College Students: If you are interested in connecting with current Walton College students, there are many ways for you to be a part of a student's career development. The following are just a few of the ways in which you can help business students prepare for their lives after college:
Participate in resume review sessions
- Help students enhance their interview skills through mock interviews (in person, video/Skype and phone interviewing possible)
- Attend a networking/social event
- Participate in a community service project with student groups

Job Postings: It is free and easy to post as many vacancies as you have available in our online job search system, Handshake. Once your position is posted, eligible students and alumni will be able to review the posting and apply by submitting their resumes to you through Handshake.
