Assistance by Phone

Our main phone number is 479-575-6156. We have Technical Support Staff in the office answering this number Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. After hours, calls are FORWARDED to the on-call Technican. Please leave a voicemail and someone will return your call. To create a helpdesk ticket for the Walton Tech team, email helpdesk@walton.uark.edu.

At times, only talking to a human technician IN PERSON will do, and we definitely know and appreciate that. Our main office suite is located at Business Building, Room # 246.
