Access to Talent via Walton Career Services
161 companies and 1747 students were hosted at The Fall 2018 Business Career Fair.
115 companies and 959 students were hosted at The Spring 2019 Business Career Fair.
Networking breakfasts were separately held by the Supply Chain Department, the Finance Department, and the Information Systems Department on the mornings of career fairs to facilitate connections between their students and hiring companies.
1,746 on-campus interviews were hosted by Walton Career Services, conducted by 321 recruiters from 123 unique companies.
2,945 job/internship postings were made in Handshake.
41 employer programs were hosted by Walton Career Services, including, 2 major Business Career Fairs, a Little Rock Career Fair, Corporate Comes to Campus (outdoor career fair), the University of Arkansas Employer Partners BBQ, 6 Corporate Spotlights, 11 Company of the Day visits, and 3 case competitions.
91% of Walton graduates indicated they had participated in a work experience or internship while in school.
