As I reflect on another remarkable year, I am proud of what we have accomplished together.
Our momentum continues to build as more students recognize the exceptional value of a Walton College education. This confidence is well-founded, given our strong industry connections that consistently deliver valuable internship experiences and unique career opportunities. I'm particularly pleased with our first-year and fall-to-spring retention rates. Our commitment to student success extends throughout their entire journey with us, culminating in an impressive 91% employment rate at graduation, with 9% pursuing advanced degrees.
Our continued investment in exceptional faculty and staff has been transformative. Experiental learning opportunities ensure our graduates are equipped to lead.
Our efforts have garnered significant recognition from prestigious national publications. U.S. News & World Report shows we retained our ranking as 25th among the nation's top public undergraduate business programs and 24th for public MBA programs in their 2025 rankings. The Princeton Review has placed our graduate entrepreneurship program at #22 in the nation. Our supply chain programs continue their path of excellence, with Gartner again naming our undergraduate program #1 in North America and our graduate program securing the #2 position. These accolades reinforce our position among America's leading business schools.
