NWA Outside: About This Project

Northwest Arkansas is often touted as the outdoor playground of America because of the accessibility of outdoor recreation for all people. With almost 500 miles of trails for biking, hiking, and multiple other outdoor sports, thousands of acres of protected waterways and lakes, and world-class events in cycling and rock-climbing.

“NWA Outside” was created to highlight all of the fantastic outdoor recreation opportunities in Northwest Arkansas and encourage all people to get outside and participate in outdoor recreation. We'll have blogs and guides for all skill levels, from beginner to avid outdoorsman.

We seek to increase accessibility and use of the outdoors for all.
