Remko van Hoek, professor of supply chain management at the University of Arkansas’ Walton College, received the 2025 CSCMP Distinguished Service Award—the highest individual honor in the field—and was inducted into the Supply Chain Hall of Fame. After a student suggested the Open Educational Resources program, Walton College professor Iana Shaheen created a free, customizable textbook for her Introduction to Supply Chain Management course.
