Since its creation in 1999, the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame has become one of the most prestigious honors for business leaders in our state. - Ross M. Whipple, President and CEO, Horizon Capital Partners LLLP; President, Horizon Timber Services Inc.; Chairman, Board of Trustees for The Ross Foundation
