Agenda
Welcome
Case 1: The Decision Autopsy
The first MBA alumni speaker shares their decision, and the audience determines why it failed.
The Framework
Dr. Matt Waller and Dr. Adam Stoverink teach the audience the decision-making framework they teach their students in the Walton MBA program.
Case 2: The Second Opinion
The second Walton MBA alumni speaker shares their decision, and the audience uses the framework to analyze it.
Case 3: The Decision Point
The third Walton MBA alumni speaker shares the context around their decision but does not share what decision they made. The audience uses the framework to determine what decision they would make in that situation.
Case 4: The Live One
Dean Brent Williams and former Sam's Club CFO, Brandi Joplin discuss decision-making in the C-suite. They then present a strategic Walton College decision that has yet to be made. The audience uses the framework to recommend what decision the Dean should make, thereby helping to shape the future of the Walton College as we begin our next 100 years.
