At the close of each academic year, Walton College gathers to recognize our outstanding students and alumni. The individuals honored at the 31st annual Awards Celebration were selected for the values, talent, achievement and hard work demonstrated during their tenure at Walton College and beyond.

Student Bios
Anna Claire Adam
Anna Claire is a double major in marketing and supply chain management, serves on the Razorback Foundation Student Executive Board, and is a member of S.A.K.E. and the Walton Honors program. After graduation, she will work as a Business Management Associate at General Mills in Rogers.
Emmanuel Akintade
Emmanuel served as graduate assistant and vice president of the African Students Organization, has been selected for several prestigious scholar programs, and passed all four sections of the CPA exam in two and a half months on his first attempt. A December graduate, he works as an audit associate at Deloitte in Dallas.
AJ Alford
AJ is a finance major, was co-founder and co-president of Women in Finance, won Walton Presenter of the Year, and was an ambassador and group leader for the International Marketing Study Abroad Program in Rome. After graduation, she will work for KPMG in Dallas as a tax associate on their global mobility services team.
Trent Arney
Trent is a member of UBC, an Honors College Fellow, and a recipient of the Arkansas Governor’s Distinguished Scholarship. After graduation, he will work as an engineer at ArcBest in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Courtney Aumiller
Courtney has been named to the Chancellor’s List and Dean’s List and is a recipient of the Clay Cantwell Rotary Scholarship. She is currently a full-time cast member for The Walt Disney Company in finance and hopes to continue growing her career within the company.
Evan Bartlett
Evan is a finance major, a Chancellor's Scholar, an Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholar, and a Walton Fellow. After graduation, he will intern full-time with Cobblestone Homes NWA and will pursue a Master of Construction Management at the University of Arkansas.
Ben Blaine
Ben has a double major in supply chain management and marketing and was a recipient of the Ali Arguello Service Award. He is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi and Fellowship Bible Church. This summer, he will be a Wilderness Guide at Sky Ranch Camps in Powderhorn, Colorado and then return to Northwest Arkansas for full-time employment.
Kennedy Blair
Kennedy is an accounting major and is President of Leadership Walton. She has served as Lead Walton Ambassador and a Freshman Business Connections Peer Mentor. After interning with Credera, she has accepted an offer to join their Chicago office as a Management Consultant.
Katherine Calandro
Katherine is an economics major, participated in three conferences with National Model United Nations Program, won the inaugural All-National Witness Award for the American Mock Trial Association, and won the Arkansas Governor's Award for Musical Excellence. She is currently deciding between multiple scholarship offers to determine where she will attend law school this fall.
Katherine Chamberlin
Katherine is an international business major, a member of the Walton Honors Program, and a recipient of the Brandon Burlsworth Memorial and Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarships. After graduation, she plans to teach English abroad for a year or two and then begin a career focused on supply chain management in the tourism industry.
Rachel Corbell
Rachel received the Graduate Student Success Scholarship and is Co-Leader of the Girls Who Code outreach program at Southside High School and church accompanist for First Presbyterian in Van Buren. She will continue as a Customer Insights Data Analyst at ArcBest after graduation.
Kailyn Cox
Kailyn is an accounting major and has been named to the Chancellor’s List. She is a recipient of the UA Leadership Award and Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship. After graduation, she will pursue a Master of Arts in Teaching, with an emphasis in Elementary Education.
Emma Ebert
Emma is the co-founder and co-president of Women in Finance and was a member of the University of Arkansas Homecoming Court. After graduation, she will work as a senior analyst in the Walmart Accounting and Finance Development Program in Bentonville.
Peyton Fair
Peyton is a triple major in marketing, finance, and political science. She is Deputy Treasurer and Director of Mental Health for ASG, a Walton Honors Peer Mentor and Student Executive Board Member, and a three-time Freshman Leadership Forum Staff Member. After graduation, she will be working at Walmart in their Accounting and Finance Development Program.
Katherine Ford
Katherine is an accounting major and is President of the Panhellenic Council. She serves on the Student Diversity & Inclusion Advisory and Walton College Student Marketing Advisory Boards. She has been accepted into the Integrated Master of Accountancy program at Walton and also plans to obtain a law degree.
Kolby Gardner
Kolby is a finance major, a member of the 2023 Portfolio Management Course, and has interned at Arvest Bank and AcreTrader. A December graduate, he works as a financial analyst for Simmons Foods.
Abby Garretson
Abby is a double major in supply chain management and marketing. She received the Schneider Foundation Scholarship and served as Co-Chairman of the WISE Connections Advisory Board and Co-President of Beta Gamma Sigma. After graduation, she will be returning to General Mills as a Business Management Associate in the Rogers office.
Prabha Girish
Prabha is a recipient of the Russell E. Westmeyer Fellowship in Graduate Studies, a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and credits her parents, husbands, and kids as her pillars of strength. After graduation, she will continue work at Walmart in Innovation & Strategy and aspires to grow as a leader in the organization.
Hannah Goins
Hannah is a member of WISE Beyond, an extension of the Women Impacting Supply Chain Excellence program at Walton. She is currently a merchant at Sam’s Club and excited to leverage the knowledge she has gained throughout the program to become a more well-rounded merchant.
Adam Grant
Adam is president of the EMBA Student Advisory Board, serves on the EMBA Professional Development Committee, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. After graduation, he will continue working for Butterball, LLC. as Sales Account Manager for Walmart/Sam's Club. Currently plan to continue working in this role while exploring opportunities for further professional and career development.
Bradley Hauge
Bradley completed his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude, was a Governor's Scholar, and is an Eagle Scout. He is currently in the process of taking the CPA exam and will start as an Audit Associate for Ernst and Young in Rogers in September.
Jaden Hendrix
Jaden is graduating Summa Cum Laude with an economics major, attended the Capitaf Colloquium in Vermont, and studied abroad with CIMBA, for which she received an Honors College Study Abroad Grant. After graduation, she will be attending the University of Arkansas School of Law.
Reagan Herrmann
Reagan has served as a Product Team Lead, Studio Manager, and Project Team Lead at the McMillon Innovation Studio; served on the Student Advisory Board for the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation; and founded the Zeta Tau Alpha Career Development Committee. After graduation, she will work on the new client team at Societe Generale Investment Bank in Chicago.
Braden Jones
Braden is an economics major, won the Prostart Culinary Competition, and has maintained a 4.0 GPA while remaining on track to graduate a year early, while working an internship for two years. After graduation, he will work on the analytics team in the Commodity Purchasing Group for Tyson Foods.
Kyle Karnuth
Kyle graduated in December with a double major in accounting and information systems. He was named Outstanding Junior in Accounting, was an Honors College Fellow, and received the Phillips 66 Accounting Scholarship. He is currently taking the CPA Exam while working at a local law firm and will start a position at FORVIS in Rogers this fall.
Jack Kerstiens
Jack is an information systems major and a member of the Shotgun Sports Club. He received the Chartered Market Technician Levels 1 and 2 and the U of A Transfer Student Scholarships. After graduation, he will work in business operations at Kestra Private Wealth Services Austin, Texas.
Elle Kopischke
Elle is a double-major in marketing and supply chain. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Sigma Chi Mu Tau honor societies and the Walton Honors program. After graduation, she will work as a Procurement Analyst on the Strategy and Integration Team for Global Services at Boeing in Dallas.
Estefania Lanz Duarte
Estefania is a finance major, was named to the Chancellor's and Dean's List every semester, and served as President of Operations of Women in Finance and as President of Finance and Treasurer of Space Technology, Astronomy, Astronautics and Rocketry. She is currently the audit manager for FORGE non-profit organization and will join Walmart as a senior financial analyst in the Accounting and Finance Development Program in August.
Gabriella Lucarelli
Gabriella is a marketing major, has been named to the Chancellor’s List every semester, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Pi Beta Phi. She recently completed an internship abroad in Florence, Italy and is currently seeking full-time employment opportunities.
Paige Lauro
Paige has been a Graduate Assistant at the Razorback Ticket Center and served as Vice President of Philanthropy on the Walton MBA Student Advisory Board for both years of her degree program. She is currently a part-time associate at Sam's Club to gain frontline experience for her upcoming role as a manager in the Global People Rotational Program for Walmart.
Jacob Lawrence
Jacob is an accounting major, is graduating Summa Cum Laude, served as Vice President of Finance for Beta Alpha Psi, and is a member of the Pre-Law Society. After graduation, he will pursue a Master of Accounting at the University of Texas for my Master of Accounting and will intern in international tax consulting with Deloitte and then intern in tax with EY.
Cooper Lawson
Cooper is an accounting major, is graduating Summa Cum Laude, and was named an Outstanding Accounting Junior. After graduation, he will attend law school to become a tax lawyer.
Sergio Lopez
Sergio majored in economics, participated in National Model United Nations, was a Capitaf Scholar, and the 2023 Presidential Scholar for Walton College. A December graduate, he is currently working as an Apprentice at the Mises Institute and a Research Assistant in economic history and will begin his Ph.D. in economics next semester.
Gabriella Lucarelli
Gabriella is a marketing major, has been named to the Chancellor’s List every semester, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Pi Beta Phi. She recently completed an internship abroad in Florence, Italy and is currently seeking full-time employment opportunities.
Matthew Magre
Matthew is a recipient of the Honors College Fellowship and Governor's Distinguished Scholarship and has been named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll two times through the Arkansas Baseball team. After graduation, he will be attending SMU law school on a Hutchinson Scholarship.
Sydni Maiorino
Sydni is Portfolio Manager for the student-managed Rebsamen fund, President of the Walton Finance Club, and a Peer Mentor. After graduation, she will work as an investment banking analyst for Stephens Inc. in Dallas.
Nevlyn Mann
Nevlyn is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a Sergeant in the National Guard, and has a 4.0 GPA. After graduation, she will continue working for UDI Inc. in Rogers, where she has been promoted to General Manager and plans to earn an MBA after completing her contract with the Army National Guard.
Nathan Martin
Nathan is a double major in economics and finance. He is a recipient of the Honors College Fellowship and Vice Chair of the Dean's Student Collaboration. After graduation, he will be attending law school at the University of Virginia.
Hannala Mattar
Hannah is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and is proud of navigating a new culture and language barriers, and feels being introduced to countless new concepts during her program is invaluable. She is currently looking at full-time employment opportunities for after graduation.
Briana McMinn
Briana is a double major in finance and accounting and is graduating Summa Cum Laude. She serves as Vice President of Women in Finance and Service Coordinator at St. Thomas Aquinas University Parish. After graduation, she will work as a financial analyst at Walmart in their Accounting and Finance Development Program.
Carlysa Merriman
Carlysa has been on the Chancellor's List all four years, served as reporting secretary of Beta Alpha Psi, and has interned at Deloitte. After graduation, she will intern at Walmart this summer and then pursue a Master of Professional Accounting at Walton College.
Kira Mertely
Kira is a double major in information systems and accounting, president of Association for Information Systems, a Walton Honors student, and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. After graduation she will work as a technology assurance associate for KPMG in Denver, Colorado.
Madison Mikuska
Madison is a double major in supply chain management and finance and was a member of the 2023 University of Arkansas Homecoming Court. She was named Peer Mentor Resident Assistant of the Year twice and served as Director of Safe Ride for two years. After graduation, Madison has accepted a position as a District Manager at ALDI.
Olivia Miller
Olivia is a supply chain management major and a Student Success Center Academic Tutor. She is a member of Future Women Business Leaders and Alpha Delta Pi. After graduation, she will study corporate law at the University of Kansas School of Law.
Luke Millman
Luke is triple major in economics, finance, and accounting. He has been named to the Dean's List, is a Walton Honors Lead Peer Mentor, and served as head rush chair for his fraternity. After graduation, he will work as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in Minneapolis.
Jonah Mitan
Jonah is a double major in accounting and finance, is a member of the Portfolio Management class, and served as vice president of finance for Sigma Phi Epsilon. After graduation, he plans to sit for and pass all four parts of the CPA exam over the summer and will work in audit and assurance with Deloitte in Dallas in the fall.
Mackenzie Mollner
Mackenzie is a double major in economics and international and global Studies, an Honors College Fellow, Chief of Staff of Associated Student Government, and was University of Arkansas Homecoming Queen. After graduation she will be working in Fayetteville for the next year before starting law school in the fall of 2025.
Ethan Monroe
Ethan is an accounting major and a Supplemental Instruction Program Lead Mentor. He serves as the Off-Campus Volunteer Coordinator for Razorback Food Recovery and Treasurer for Global Medical and Dental Brigades. After graduation, he will pursue a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
William Monroe
William is a finance major and was Interfraternity Council President in 2023. He was selected as Sigma Chi’s Outstanding Senior for the Arkansas-Oklahoma Region and served two terms as Sigma Chi Philanthropy Chair, raising over $100,000 for The Huntsman Cancer Institute. After graduation, he will pursue his MBA at the Walton College.
Vivek Narayan
Vivek is a double major in information systems and finance, is a Walton Honors student, and a recipient of the Honors College Fellowship. After graduation, he will join Walmart's Accounting & Finance Development Program.
Susannah Patton
Susannah is a marketing major, a tutor at OSAS, a member of Alpha Delta Pi, and studied abroad with the CIMBA program. After graduation, she will work as a Senior Merchandising Analyst at Walmart in the Merchandising Development Program.
Reid Petrie
Reid is a double major in accounting and marketing and a member of Eta Sigma Phi honor society. He serves on the Student Staff of Cru campus ministry and at Farmington First Baptist Church leadership and service. After graduation, he will pursue a master’s of Divinity at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City for a career in full-time ministry.
Derek Phillips
Derek is a first-generation college student and completed his undergraduate Magna Cum Laude, was honored at the J&J North America National Business Meeting, and loves mentoring junior engineers and helping them learn. After graduation, he will continue working and using his new free-time on home renovation projects.
Allie Rosen
Allie is a double major in marketing and finance, has been named to the Chancellor’s List every semester of undergrad, and served as Vice President of Finance and Housing for Pi Beta Phi and a Walton Honors Lead Peer Mentor. After graduation, she will work for Walmart in their Accounting and Finance Development Program.
Hunter Ross
Hunter is an economics major and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. He serves in the Arkansas Air National Guard and as Executive Vice President of the Global Business & Markets student organization. After graduation, he will pursue his MBA at the Walton College.
William Sanders
William is an international business major, an Honors College Fellow, and was a member of the University of Arkansas Homecoming Court. After graduation, he will pursue a Master of Science in Sports Management at George Washington University.
Madison Settlage
Madison is a double major in economics and finance, an Honors College Fellow, a Capitaf Scholar, and an Honors College Signature Scholar. After graduation, she will be pursuing a Master of Science in Economic Analytics at the Walton College.
Sarah Shore
Sarah majored in supply chain management, was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi and Future Women Business Leaders, and was named to the Chancellors List. A December graduate, she is currently working as an Analyst in Strategy and Marketing at Flex Inc.
Kimberly Silva-Nash
Kimberly is a double major in supply chain management and economics, a recipient of the Silas Hunt Distinguished Scholarship, was President of the IDEA student organization, and fosters animals for the Humane Society of the Ozarks. After interning with Walmart Transportation, she has accepted a full-time position as a Procurement Senior Analyst.
Halie Standerfer
Halie has been a research assistant, a student tutor, and has enjoyed networking events hosted by Dr. Rennie. After graduation, she will work for Walmart as a finance and accounting global audit senior analyst.
Annie Stribling
Annie serves on the Information Systems Student Advisory Board, has been named to the Dean's List, and is part of the Dream Big mentoring program through the Volunteer Action Center. She is currently looking at full-time employment opportunities for after graduation.
Gannon Stuber
Gannon was named to the Chancellor's List for both semesters in 2023 and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. After graduation, he will work as a Materials Planner for Conagra Brands in Fayetteville Arkansas and will also be pursuing a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management at Walton College.
Bryn Taylor
Bryn is a finance major, is graduating Summa Cum Laude distinction, and is a recipient of the Chancellor's Scholarship. After graduation, he plans to pursue a Master of Science in Finance at the Walton College.
Abby Teague
Abby is a double major in marketing and management and a recipient of the Honors College Academy Scholarship, an Extended Research Travel Grant for the Small Business Development Internship in Dangriga, Belize, and the Insight Global Internship. After graduation, she will work as a Sales Account Executive with KNWA, FOX24 and KXNW in Fayetteville.
Brady Voss
Brady is a finance major and was on the University of Arkansas Homecoming Court, won Outstanding Delegation at the National Model United Nations, and serves as a Cell Group Leader for Fellowship Bible Church. After graduation, he will pursue his MBA at the Walton College.
Rachel Walden
Rachel is a marketing major, a member of Alpha Chi Omega, and a recipient of the UofA License Plate Alumni and Chancellor’s Community Scholarships. After graduation, she will attend law school at Wake Forest in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Ryan Wallace
Ryan is a marketing major, was named to the Dean’s List every semester; and won third place in the Walton College Sales Competition in 2023. After graduation, he will work as a content coordinator at PMG Advertising Agency in Dallas.
Jackson Walton
Jackson is a finance major and was University of Arkansas Homecoming King in 2023. He served as Vice President of Finance for the Interfraternity Council and as a Walton Honors Peer Mentor and Lead Peer Mentor. After graduation, he will work as a senior finance analyst with Walmart's Accounting and Finance Development Program.
Ben Walworth
Ben is a Toller Honors College Fellow, President of the Volunteer Action Center President, and received the United Way of Northwest Arkansas Chair of the Board Leadership Scholarship. After graduation, Ben will be pursuing an MBA at the University of Arkansas.
Katherine Warstler
Katherine is a double major in management and marketing major, won first place in the 2023 Walton Sales Competition, and served as Philanthropy Outreach Chair for Alpha Chi Omega. After graduation, she will work in a sales position with International Paper at their Oklahoma City location.
