The first career readiness badge for the Walton College Business Integrity Leadership Initiative sets the foundation for badge participants to earn foundational knoweldge of ethics principles. The badge has a total of ten activities: eight required activities and two optional activities.
Upon completion of the badge requirements, participants may add the badge to their Linkedin profile.

- Follow Cindy Moehring, Founder & Exec Chair of the Business Integrity Leadership Initiative, on LinkedIn
- Engage with a LinkedIn post on Cindy Moehring’s page
- Engage with a LinkedIn article on Cindy Moehring’s page and write a reflection
- Visit the Business Integrity Leadership Initiative website and sign up for a newsletter
- Watch a video episode of the Business Integrity School and write a reflection
- Listen to a podcast episode of the Business Integrity School and write a reflection
- Read about a current ethics issue and write a reflection
Optional activities (Must pick 2):
- Answer a question posed in a Business Integrity Leadership Initiative Instagram story
- Interact with a Business Integrity Leadership Initiative Instagram post and leave a substantive comment
- Read a Walton Insights blog written by Cindy Moehring posted on Walton Insights and write a reflection.
