Business Integrity Leadership Initiative: Badge Requirements

The first career readiness badge for the Walton College Business Integrity Leadership Initiative sets the foundation for badge participants to earn foundational knoweldge of ethics principles. The badge has a total of ten activities: eight required activities and two optional activities. 

Upon completion of the badge requirements, participants may add the badge to their Linkedin profile. 

Required activities (8):  

  1. Follow the Business Integrity Leadership Initiative on Instagram  
  2. Follow Cindy Moehring, Founder & Exec Chair of the Business Integrity Leadership Initiative, on LinkedIn  
  3. Engage with a LinkedIn post on Cindy Moehring’s page  
  4. Engage with a LinkedIn article on Cindy Moehring’s page and write a reflection 
  5. Visit the Business Integrity Leadership Initiative website and sign up for a newsletter
  6. Watch a video episode of the Business Integrity School and write a reflection  
  7. Listen to a podcast episode of the Business Integrity School and write a reflection 
  8. Read about a current ethics issue and write a reflection 

Optional activities (Must pick 2):  

  1. Answer a question posed in a Business Integrity Leadership Initiative Instagram story
  2. Interact with a Business Integrity Leadership Initiative Instagram post and leave a substantive comment 
  3. Read a Walton Insights blog written by Cindy Moehring posted on Walton Insights and write a reflection. 
  4. Watch another video episode of the BIS (Business Integrity School) and write a reflection 
  5. Listen to a podcast episode of the BIS (Business Integrity School) and write a reflection
