information systems and a minor in cybersecurity.
TRANSFORM: The most transformative part of the Walton MBA program for Caiden has been
broadening his business knowledge and developing relationships. “I have been able
to develop more advanced critical thinking skills as well as progress my analytical
skills. Moreover, I have been able to create more business connections and develop
relationships with my fellow classmates, professors, and professionals,” says Tays.
ADVANCE: Caiden chose to pursue his MBA due to the advantages it offers in the business
world. “An MBA allows you to receive a more comprehensive and nuanced understanding
of different aspects of business which can be used to benefit you as well as others
around you,” says Tays. The Walton MBA was especially attractive to Tays: “the program
has a profound faculty, a tight-knit community, and a supportive learning environment
                           that helps progress your career.”
LEAD: Caiden credits the Walton MBA program for improving his leadership capabilities,
strategic thinking, and financial management skills.
In his free time, Caiden enjoys learning about information systems, particularly new
aspects of Structured Query Language, Java, C#, and current issues in cybersecurity.
He loves sports, traveling, hanging with friends and being active.
We’re lucky to have you in the program, Caiden!
