Walton College Executive Education has partnered with Milestone Leadership to host a second custom cohort of Leadership Circle for Healthcare. The six-month program provides industry leaders with skills, experiences and connections that create a lasting personal, professional and industry impact.
They had the opportunity to build a diverse network of meaningful relationships. The program provided expert content facilitation and personalized coaching from successful industry leaders. Members of the cohort got constructive and developmental feedback about how to become an inspiring leader by creating strategic partnerships, influencing the internal organization on a larger stage, managing stress to sustain high performance and using data and the analytical process to drive decisions.
The final session for the cohort was a panel discussion on “Leading Through Change” comprised of executive leadership from the participating organizations.
Amy Weber, chief of staff at UAMS’ chancellor’s office, said this about the program:
“The talent of my fellow participants from healthcare institutions across the state is impressive. I enjoyed getting to know each of them and creating a network within the state. Walton College Executive Education created a meaningful leadership program. I am thankful to Dr. Cam Patterson, our UAMS chancellor, and to the other leaders of health institutions who participated for their commitment to developing employees in the state of Arkansas.”
Walton College Executive Education continues to provide Leadership Circles for professional development, with the inaugural cohort for banking and finance. To apply to be part of the next cohort or to learn more about Executive Education, visit Walton College Executive Education Website.
