This summer, Elise Trautman gained meaningful experience during her internship with Harvest Group (@the_harvest_group), an integrated commerce agency providing full-service solutions for CPG brands across major retailers. 🌟 As a senior Marketing major at the Walton College, Elise served as a Client Services Intern on the Walmart team—managing content through Walmart’s platforms, analyzing sales data, and collaborating across multiple brands in the general merchandise and consumables categories. Meet Nevaeh Camarillo (@nevaeh.camarillo), a senior Finance major with a concentration in Real Estate at the Walton College. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she’s involved in the Real Estate Club, Future Women Business Leaders, and the Finance Club. Beyond campus, Nevaeh runs her own small business, sun kissed by nevaeh (@sunkissedbynevaeh), and has interned with Monument Realty in Dallas and Roots NWA, gaining hands-on experience in real estate and marketing. Check out Nevaeh’s reflections on her time at Walton College: 💼 How has your campus involvement shaped your college experience? Being part of the Real Estate Club, Finance Club, and Future Women Business Leaders has helped me build meaningful connections with peers who share similar goals. These organizations have provided me with networking opportunities, leadership experience, and a clearer sense of direction in pursuing a career in finance and real estate. 📚 What’s a Walton College resource you’ve found helpful? Walton Career Services has been especially helpful through resume reviews, interview prep, and career fairs. They’ve played a big role in preparing me to transition from college to my professional career. 📘 What’s your favorite class at Walton College and why? This semester, my favorite class is Investments with Eric D. He’s very knowledgeable, and I enjoy learning about the market and how it applies to financial advising and wealth management. 🎓 What classroom experiences have shaped your academic or career path? Classes that focus on real-world applications and problem-solving, especially math-based courses, have shaped my path the most. I enjoy applying what I’ve learned to real financial scenarios. #WaltonCollege #UARK
