Andrea Albright serves as Executive Vice President, Sourcing, for Walmart. Since joining the company in 2005, she has expanded her scope and expertise to include
driving innovation, building best in class teams and leading transformation across
the Walmart U.S. Merchandising and People organizations. She is renowned as a dynamic,
inclusive and solutions-oriented leader.
Andrea is an International Women's Forum fellow and has been recognized as a rising woman in business by Fortune Most Powerful Women Next Gen. She credits her success to creating strategies with
a customer-first mindset and building highly competent, cognitively diverse teams.
Andrea holds dual master’s degrees from the University of Arkansas - a Walton Executive MBA and a Master of Education in Human Resources Development.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Apparel & Textile Science from Kansas State University.
Andrea is a Walton MBA alumni advisory board member and an alumni board member for
the Kansas State University College of Health & Human Sciences. She is also a Cancer Challenge board member and former Girl Scouts of the USA regional board president.
The Walton MBA Distinguished Alumni award is given to an outstanding alumnus who exhibits
exemplary industry leadership and community contributions.
