Anyone in the college may nominate colleagues to be employee of the quarter, which is given to those who show superior customer service that enhances the image of the college, above and beyond the scope of that employee’s job description.
The other nominee for employee of the fourth quarter was Marion Dunagan, assistant dean for graduate programs and executive education.
The winner of the award receives a certificate of appreciation and a cash prize. Winners are chosen by Walton College Dean Matt Waller, the associate deans, the assistant deans for undergraduate and graduate programs and the Walton College Staff Council.
