Walton College Executive Education is partnering with the Walton College Executive MBA program to provide professional development opportunities for EMBA students. The students will receive complementary registration to the Executive Education fall open enrollment programs during which time they will have access to the Executive Education expertise, resources and developmental aid.

Designed for business professionals, the Executive Education program calendar reflects Walton College’s core mission to advance and disseminate business knowledge using a diverse, inclusive and global perspective and to encourage innovation. The portfolio of diverse courses taught by Walton College faculty and industry experts address immediate business challenges using practical tools and frameworks.

Updated program calendar

Topics for the upcoming semester include courses that strengthen and refine leadership styles, reframe mindsets for innovation, as well as courses that deal with emotional intelligence and establish methods for developing an executive presence, among other topics. Students have the opportunity to attend two of the three (Strategic Leadership and Ethical Leadership) courses required for the Walton College Proven Leader Certificate.

In addition to the complimentary open enrollment opportunity, Walton College Executive Education and MBA program are partnering to conduct a series of programs named “Walton Fuse.” The series is a collaboration between the two departments, creating professional development courses for both EMBA students and the Executive Education audience. The first planned course is “Business of Law,” a two-day course that is scheduled for September.

Pre-registration is required to attend open enrollment courses. Learn more about Walton Executive Education by visiting our website.
