Class Scheduling for the Walton College is managed centrally by OSIE. The schedule is created via a collaboration between the Academic Departments, the Undergraduate Programs Office, the Deans Office, and OSIE. All general classroom spaces are assigned via a batch scheduling process organized by the Registrar's Office. For questions about the class schedule process, please contact [to be determined].
The Walton College manages class scheduling using Salesforce.com. Licenses are granted to Department Chairs, Assistant Department Chairs, and faculty/staff members with a demonstrated scheduling need. Additional information about the class scheduling timelines and processes can be found below.

Room Change Requests:
Please use the Classroom Change Request form below to submit a request to change a room assignment. Room assignment requests will be processed during the weeks following the completion of the batch scheduling process. After the open change request period, only requests for ADA related issues will be processed.
Class Change Request Timeline:
- January 24 - March 30: Open request period for Summer & Fall 2018 classes
- March - Onward: Only requests for ADA related reasons will be processed
