Your request should be fulfilled within 10-15 business days.

Is there a faculty account? Where is my faculty account?
You can pick up any account as your faculty account and there is no difference between faculty and student anymore.

Do I have to set up the Multi-Factor Authentication through my cell phone?
Yes. You will have to set up your MFA through your cell phone to access any UARK resource due to our IT security policy.

How can I reset my password if I forgot my password?
You will have to report it to your faculty and your faculty will contact us for password resetting, because we will have to verify necessary information with your faculty if needed.

What am I going to do if I get a new cell phone?
You will have to report it to your faculty and your faculty will contact us for resetting your MFA up. Usually you can keep using your existing password if you do remember your password.

Can I download any data to my computer?
No. The agreement does not allow a user to copy any data on any computer system; data is to be used for the classroom, research, development, and analysis purposes. Anyone who uses selected parts of data agrees to delete all data and references from all computer systems.

What am I going to do in the virtual desktop if I see the message “The logon request failed because the trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed”?
You can clear your browser cache or use an incognito session (private browser session) to get this passed, even restart your computer. So there is no residual login holding the session from clearing out, then it usually will work.

How to do the COPY/PASTE function after logging into the Virtual Desktop?
You can download and install the VMWare Horizon Client   Web Browser.  Then you can do COPY/PASTE or use File Explorer to MOVE between VMWare Horizon Client and your computer.
